Budget carrier Vietjet has announced a plan to increase the frequency of the Ho Chi Minh City-Singapore route from daily to double daily from May 30.
With two round trips per day, the route will have a capacity of 5,040 seats per week, Vietjet said Tuesday in a statement.
The new schedule will see the flights depart daily from Ho Chi Minh City at 8:55 am and 2 pm.
On the return leg, the flights will depart from Singapore at 1:50 pm and 6 pm.
The flights will take roughly two hours and five minutes.
Vietjet currently operates 28 domestic and international routes.
